At Jalees Online Services, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your Jalees account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Log in to your Jalees account on our mobile app.
Go to your Profile Settings and navigate to the “Account Settings” section, then "Privacy & Security".
Select "Delete My Account" and confirm your decision.
Your account will be deleted once you confirm the deletion.
Alternatively, you can send an email to support@jalees.bh with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your registered email and phone number for verification.
What Data is Deleted?
When you delete your account, we will remove the following data permanently:
Your personal details (name, email, phone number, and address)
Your booking history and transaction records
Saved payment methods (if applicable)
What Data is Retained?
For legal, security, and financial record-keeping purposes, the following data may be retained for a limited time:
Transaction data and invoices (kept for up to 3 years as per regulatory requirements)
Any open support tickets or dispute-related data (kept until resolved)
Once the retention period expires, all retained data will be permanently deleted.
